Consultation
All of my treatments begin with an informal, relaxed consultation. This can be in person, over the phone, via email or video call. We will discuss which treatment is best suited to your features, skintone and lifestyle. I will also explain the treatment process and aftercare and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have to ensure you walk away feeling confident that permanent makeup is right for you. Don't worry if there is anything you forget to ask, I am always here to answer any questions or concerns at any stage; before, during and after. If you decide after the consultation that you'd like to book an appointment for a treatment, you will be issued with a medical history, consent and aftercare form to complete prior to your procedure. This will ensure that you are a suitable candidate for permanent makeup and help to identify any conditions that may be of concern.
Patch test

It is necessary to carry out a patch test at least 12 hours prior to any permanent makeup and lash treatments to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the products that will be used during your treatment. This will be arranged with you during the consultation process. Should you experience any swelling, rashes, irritation or discomfort or hardening beneath the skin, it is important that you contact me. Once you have decided on your treatment and are happy to proceed, your appointment will be booked and a small booking fee is taken to secure your appointment.

If you live far away or would prefer to carry out the patch test yourself this can be arranged by post for you to perform at home.
